We are building Nelle with responsibility towards our planet and respect for the people involved in creating every piece.

Each piece begins with an idea that gradually evolves into a design, created in Slovenia. Once every detail has been approved, it is produced by our carefully selected manufacturing partner in Turkey.

Our manufacturing partners are members of Sedex and regularly undergo SMETA audits, demonstrating their commitment to ethical and responsible manufacturing. SMETA is one of the world’s most widely recognized ethical trade audit methodologies, covering areas such as labor standards, health and safety, environmental responsibility, and business ethics. These audits assess manufacturing facilities against internationally recognized ethical standards. In addition, our manufacturing partner is certified to ISO 14001 for environmental management and ISO 9001 for quality management, reflecting its commitment to continuous improvement and high manufacturing standards.

As caring for our planet is one of our top priorities, we ship all orders in eco-friendly packaging that includes biodegradable and recycled materials. To further reduce waste, all invoices are issued digitally, and the entire returns process is handled online, without the need for paper return forms.
